|2019-06-11.||Jochen Vogl||BAM||The Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM) is a DI under the CIPM MRA for metrology in chemistry and biology. Its Inorganic Trace Analysis Division has considerable expertise in inorganic mass spectrometry, isotope ratio analysis and the certification of iRMs. The group runs a suite of single and multi-collector mass spectrometers and a metal-free cleanroom laboratory. A unique instrumentation for high-vacuum sublimation of pure metals and a suite of optical spectrometers are available as well.
We can offer amount of substance measurements as well as isotope amount Ratio measurements with smallest measurement uncertainties and we would like to contribut to the Establishment of SI traceability for TCEs. Additionally, we can manage one of the planned work packages in the Project.
