|2019-06-21.||Katarina Hafner-Vuk||Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina||IMBiH is interested in participating the technical work related to the development of methods for the determination of amount and nature of both organic and inorganic impurities in liquid biofuels.
The instrumentation to support these activities include MP-AES (microwave plasma- atomic emission spectrometry), WD-XRF, GCMS and a number of sample preparation techniques.
|2019-06-14.||Jochen Vogl||BAM||BAM is a DI under the CIPM MRA for metrology in chemistry and biology. Its Inorganic Trace Analysis Division has considerable expertise in inorganic mass spectrometry, isotope ratio analysis and the certification of iRMs. The group runs a suite of single and multi-collector mass spectrometers and a metal-free cleanroom laboratory. We can offer amount of substance measurements as well as isotope amount ratio measurements with smallest measurement uncertainties. We explicitly have experience in the quantification of inorganic analytes in different inorganic and organic matrices such as fly-ash, or fuel. We developed a reference procedure for quantifying sulphur in fuels and biofuels,
We would like to contribut to objective 3, especially the composition of the ash, and objective 4, here the Determination of inorganic impurities, especially sulphur.
