Submit Date Name Organisation Statement of capabilities/facilities
2020-06-26. Wolfram Teppan LEM Advisory Services SA As a manufacturer of measurement equipment for DC electrical quantities, LEM is interested in participating as collaborator.
2020-06-26. Mathieu CAUJOLLE EDF EDF Research and Development houses various centres of expertise on electric networks. It has several high-performance test facilities related to Smart Grids, energy efficiency, as well as Power Quality and energy metering.

EDF R&D is considering new hybrid AC/DC grid architectures and is researching topics such as power converters, protection and power quality... It is involved in several DC demonstrators both in laboratories and in residential and business buildings.

Several EDF international experts are engaged in IEC activities on DC topics, in particular chairing the TC8 and TC13.
2020-06-25. Daniela Istrate LNE The LNE operates as the national reference laboratory in metrology for French industry.

COFRAC accredited electrical laboratory has experience in various calibration domains like power and energy, especially electrical meters, high voltage and current, magnetism, high frequency etc.

LNE is actively participating of
OIML TC12 for active electrical meters
AFNOR/UF 13 commission for Electrical energy measurement and control

LNE is currently working for elaborating proposals at national level for the evaluation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations with DC meters.

In Environmental test domains, LNE has several climatic chambers, vibrating installation, and EMC equipment (programmable power supplies, anechoic chambers, disturbances generator).
2020-06-18. Domenico Giordano inrim - INRIM makes available the facility for the calibration of voltage/current transducers and DC energy meters.
- Thanks to its background, INRIM makes available its capabilities in the analysis of transient phenomena occurring in DC grids.
2020-06-11. Christoph Leicht PTB DC-Meters are regulated in Germany. PTB is already doing conformity assessment in the field of DC-metering.
